HCM CITY – The Italian fine dining restaurant Da Vittorio Saigon will present "All in the Family", an extraordinary dining event on July 25 which promises to be a culinary masterpiece in Saigon.
The event is an exclusive collaboration between Chef Matteo Fontana of Da Vittorio Saigon and Chef Paolo Rota of Da Vittorio St. Moritz, owners of two Michelin stars.

The event promises an unforgettable culinary masterpiece as these acclaimed chefs combine their distinct styles and expertise to present classic, refined Italian cuisine exclusively at Da Vittorio Saigon.
Diners can expect a symphony of flavours that will delight their palates and leave a lasting impression.
Chef Paolo Rota's illustrious culinary journey began in the picturesque Bergamo area, where he cultivated his passion and skills in the culinary arts. His unwavering dedication and curiosity led him to train in renowned international kitchens, including Lasarte in the Basque Country, alongside Michelin-starred Martin Berasateguì, and England. Currently, as the head chef at Da Vittorio St. Moritz, Paolo's culinary prowess has earned the restaurant its second Michelin Star in 2020.
Meanwhile, Executive Chef Matteo Fontana brings his wealth of experience from acclaimed Michelin-starred establishments in Italy, where he trained under renowned chefs like Ciccio Sultano at "Duomo" restaurant and Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani at "Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia".

Matteo's journey also included launching Cirque in Abu Dhabi and serving as corporate chef for the Le Cirque group in India before joining the esteemed Da Vittorio in Italy.
His role at Da Vittorio Saigon has contributed to the restaurant's selection in the Michelin Guide Vietnam's inaugural edition.
At the event, guests will indulge in an exquisite tasting menu featuring a symphony of flavours meticulously crafted by these renowned culinary maestros.

The menu includes sensational dishes like Gambero Rosso with pickled carrot and cold tomato and basil emulsion, Vietnamese flower crab and scallop with black garlic and Oscietra caviar, and Langoustine with white bean, dulce de leche, and N’duja infused oil, and many more.
To end their meal, diners are invited to indulge in a delectable tiramisu dessert.
