HCM CITY — A Violin Solo Recital will feature Kim Il Yang at a concert at 8pm on March 16 at the Erato School of Music and Performing Arts on 107 Ton Dat Tien Street in HCM City’s District 7.
The Korean artist, along with pianist Ju Sun Young, will perform classical works.
At the age of 18, Kim went to Russia to pursue his musical career at Novosibirsk State Conservatoire (Academy). He studied violin with A. V. Gvovdez, a prestigious professor in Russia.
Pianist Ju Sun Young has performed many times as a soloist and chamber musician both in the US and Asia.
