HA NOI — A craft workshop on how to make decoration items from paper will be held by the Friends of Vietnam Heritage on March 23.
From 1.45pm to 4.30pm, attendees will be able to create some hanging decorations and pictures using basic Kirigami techniques, the Japanese art of paper-cutting.
The instructor will guide participants step-by-step and using the correct techniques. The main topic for the pictures is Viet Nam’s typical scenery, although there is no limitation on personal creativity.

The workshop will take place at To Chim Xanh – Bluebirds’ Nest Book Cafe, 13 Alley 19, Dang Dung Street, Ba Dinh District.
Attendees will be provided coloured paper, glue sticks and scissors. — VNS
