HA NOI — Six ambassadors from Argentina, Austria, Italy, Pakistan, Spain and Venezuela will show off their cooking skills during a charity contest on Saturday in Ha Noi.
During the contest, which will take place at the Italian restaurant Mediterraneo, each ambassador will prepare a main course speciality from their country to vie for the title of Top Chef.
The judging panel will include executive chefs from around Ha Noi's hotels.
The tickets for the event can be purchased at Mediterraneo, 23 Nha Tho Street. Guests will participate in a lottery, with the first prize being a trip to Italy.
The proceeds from the event will be donated to the Little Tigers, a non-profit organisation that supports an orphanage in Chuc Son in suburban Ha Noi's Chuong My District.
The first Ambassador Cooking Contest was held last year with German Ambassador Rolf Schulze winning the competition. — VNS
