HA NOI — Ha Noi FC set a record a the AFC Cup 2019 after winning 10-0 over Cambodia’s Nagaworld at the Hang Day Stadium in central Ha Noi yesterday.
Although Ha Noi knew they faced an easy match, few predicted such a drubbing.
The Vietnamese team also temporarily reached the top of the table thanks to the high score.
In this match, Coach Chu Dinh Nghiem kept the attacking line and changed only two in defense. Van Dung and Thai Quy put on remarkable performances. But the most impressive name was Ganiyu Oseni.
Before Oseni netted four goals, Duy Manh was the first to shine. His shot at a distance of about 30 metres surprised the Nagaworld goalkeeper.
Seven minutes later, Van Dung entered the penalty area and gave Oseni a chance to double the score.
