HA NOI — The HCM City 2018 International Martial Arts Festival started in District 7 on Monday.
The event attracted the participation of 98 teams including 13 foreign teams with a total of 1,800 martial artists.
The event will include martial art performances, seminars and competitions.
The festival is an opportunity to promote both the traditional Vietnamese and the Vovinam martial arts styles, as well as contributing to popularising the city’s image.
It will finish on July 25. — VNS
