HA NOI — The rookie of the V.League, Nam Dinh, tied 1-1 with FLC Thanh Hoa in a friendly match at Thien Truong Stadium on January 6.
The match was a warm-up for the football season of 2018.
In the match, coach Mihail Cucchiaroni used new tactics to help Thanh Hoa get ready to play in all three events this year, including the AFC Champions League, the V.League and the National Cup.
Meanwhile, the game also gave coach Nguyen Van Si of Nam Dinh a chance to test his players.
To prepare for the league, Nam Dinh also competed in a friendly tournament, the second China-ASEAN Cities Invitational, in Nanning City, Guangxi Province. — VNS
