HÀ NỘI — The five-star Hanoi Daewoo Hotel has been awarded the title 'Best Luxury City Hotel' by Asia Pacific Tourism & Travel Federation (APTTF) at the recent APTTF Annual Awards 2019 in Hà Nội.
The hotel’s General Manager, Erwin R. Popov, also received the title 'Best Hospitality Superstar'.
Overjoyed to get the double recognition, GM Popov said: “As the satisfaction of each and every guest is the top priority of Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, we work hard on a daily basis to ensure that our guests always receive excellent level of services. This award is the recognition for the effort of more than 600 associates at our hotel.”
APTTF Annual Awards is an annual celebration of honouring the best in Tourism & Hospitality in Asia Pacific region. The awards were given based on a basket of quantitative and qualitative criteria with a focus on growth.
The winners were chosen after an online vote by the public.
