Ingredients
- US lobster 400 gr
- Tomatoes 150 gr
- Green apples 150 gr
- Goat cheese (chopped)
- Garlic cloves (chopped)
- King oyster mushrooms 150 gr
- Red wine 50 ml
- Salt, black pepper, thyme
- Butter, honey
Lobster in red wine sauce
Directions
- Step 1: Pour wine into a hot pan, melt butter and fry shallots until the sauce becomes a sandy paste, add black pepper, salt and honey to your taste.
- Step 2: Chop lobster, apple and mushrooms into pieces.
- Step 3: Melt butter on the hot pan, cook lobster cut-side down for 2-3 minutes, adding thyme, chopped garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Step 4: Stir-fry mushrooms on the hot pan.
- Step 5: Mix lobster, mushroom, goat cheese and chopped apple together, divide them into small portions on tart crusts, pour red wine sauce over these ingredients and serve.
