The movie tells the story of two best friends, Tuan and Thanh, who have feelings for Quynh. Unfortunately, Quynh only realizes her love for Tuan after he dies in an accident.
Four years after Tuan’s death, Quynh and Thanh, colleagues moving towards a relationship, meet a man who looks like Tuan. Another love triangle is triggered.
Actress Midu, whose real name is Dang Thi My Dung, plays Quynh.
“My character and I share similar characteristics. So I was inspired to act well,” said Midu, who studied fashion design at the HCM City University of Architecture and acting at the city’s Culture and Arts College.
The 27-year-old became popular among her peers after she won a beauty contest for teenagers in 2007.
