HA NOI — Two Argentinean dancers Roberto Castillo and Julieta Biscione will present a performance dedicated to the passionate dance of tango on Friday night.
The duo, who have been dancing together since 2005, have performed in several prestigious theatres and international tango festivals around the world. In 2015, they were appointed as coordinators of Argentina’s National Tango Organisation, which offers training for professional and amateur tango dancers.
The special performance, which is among a series of cultural events being held to celebrate the May Revolution (May 25) and the Argentinean Independence Day (July 9), will take place from 8pm on the walking street alongside Hoan Kiem Lake, at the t-junction of Hang Dau and Dinh Tien Hoang streets.
Their performance will also joined by dancers from the Tango Hanoi Club. — VNS
