HÀ NỘI — As part of the innovative ‘Vanille Salée’ promotion, which was launched globally by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, its Hà Nội property, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi, will present a new menu featuring vanilla-inspired dishes from today onwards.
The concept, comprising six one-of-a-kind vanilla-enhanced dishes, which earlier won overwhelming success in Europe, is now being made available atMövenpick properties across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Discerning diners can sample the ‘Vanille Salée’ promotion from February 21 to March 21, 2017.
Traditionally used for desserts, vanilla produces exciting results when added to hearty savoury dishes: its mild flavour harmonises to surprising perfection with white meats and fish. Subtly reinforcing roasting aromas and herbal scents, vanilla also transforms tomatoes, beetroot and even onions with an unexpected touch of the exotic.

In Hà Nội, executive chef Nguyễn Minh Nguyện of the Movenpick Hotel Hanoi will present to connoiseurs tempting entrées, including white onion velouté (soup), sashimi of tuna and salmon, goat cheese and fig salad. The main course menu features "Pike perch filet and endive", "Veal tenderloin and Garden Vegetables" and "Guinea fowl breast Melba"./.
