HCM City — The Red Book is a Saigon-based start-up that provides a free mobile app and voucher book that includes deals at top restaurants, bars and shops in HCM City.
Expats and locals can use Red Book for free to discover the top places in the city. When using Red Book, customers receive a discount of 10 per cent, 15 per cent or 20 per cent off the bill to enjoy delicious meals and top-quality items.

Every two months, a new edition of the Red Book is released that features new businesses and deals. The June/July edition includes about 25 deals at many famous restaurants, bars and shops.
