HCM CITY— The 2nd Sài Gòn Vintage Car Festival opens today in HCM City’s Đầm Sen Park.
The two-day event features more than 400 old cars and motorbikes owned by members of 20 clubs around the country.
They include some famous names such as Jeep A2, JeepCj5, Mercedes Ponton, Mercury Cougar 1968, and Ford Mustang.
The event also features dozens of street activities, games and vintage car parades.
There are a food fair and a photo contest on fashion and old cars.
A gala sale zone will offer used motorbike and car parts. A part of the profits from their sale will be used for charity work done by the park.
Last year the festival attracted more than 5,000 visitors. — VNS
