HA NOI — Manzi Art Space will host Sommerabend, a chamber concert featuring the best cellists of Ha Noi and their friends from Japan.
The artists include Dao Tuyet Trinh, Pham Mai Hoa, Nguyen Chanh and Nguyen Dieu Huong on cello; Atsuko Yamamoto on oboe; Ryoko Bohmuki singing soprano; Romel Saulog Lacson singing tenor and Chie Hanazato on piano.
The concert will present the following works: Sonata for Oboe A minor by Philipp Telemann, Deposuit Potentes from Magnificat in D Major by Johann Sebastian Bach, Domine Deus from Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi, Al fin siam liberati …La ci da rem la mano from Don Giovanni by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Morgen by Richard Strauss and O komme holde sommernacht by Johannes Brahms.
The concert will take place at 8pm on August 25 at Manzi Art Space, 14 Phan Huy Ich Street. Due to limited seating capacity, email manzihanoi@gmail.com before August 23 to reserve seats. — VNS
