HCM CITY — One hundred and eighteen teams from 76 grade schools are taking part in the HCM City School Basketball Tournament for the MILO Cup which is being played at the Phu Tho Stadium in District 11.
This is the 12th edition of the tournament, with the quality and number of schools increasing from just 60 teams the first year.
This year, the competition is a part of the “Active Viet Nam” programme initiated by Nestle Milo.
MILO has gifted basketball backboards to 120 primary schools in Ha Noi and HCM City.
The tournament began on May 21 and ends on June 9. — VNS
