HCM City took the honours with four golds, three silvers and five
bronzes at the National Taekwondo Championships which ended in Binh
Thuan on Tuesday after eight days of competition.
With three golds and one silver, Viet Nam topped the
table in the performance team event for both the men''s and women''s
competitions at the 21st World Military Taekwondo Championships which
wrapped up in HCM City on Wednesday.
HCM City are leading the National Taekwondo
Championships after winning four gold and one bronze medals in the
performance events on the first day of competition on Tuesday at Phan
Dinh Phung Gymnasium in HCM City.
Viet Nam''s Le Huynh Chau will compete with the No 2
seed Wei Chen Yang from Chinese Taipei in the first match of the men''s
taekwondo 58kg category tomorrow in the London Olympics.
