HA NOI — Southeast Asia’s biggest underground dance music festival is heading on tour, with Viet Nam the final pitstop.

Ahead of the third edition of Epizode in Viet Nam’s Phu Quoc Island, the festival’s organiser, Moscow-based Sagrado Corp, has announced a tour of Australia and Asia’s top nightclubs.

Beginning this weekend, the festival’s resident DJs Tyoma, Denis Kaznacheev and Mashkov, alongside local and international acts, will play 18 clubs in countries across the region, including Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand and Viet Nam.

The tour wraps up with stops at HCM City’s The Observatory on December 14 and Ha Noi’s clubbing mecca Savage on December 15, before the festival proper begins two weeks later.

Running from December 28 to January 8, 2019, the third edition of Epizode will again dish out 11 days of world-class house and techno, with the tropical paradise the perfect backdrop for impressive stages, thumping dance floors and installation art pieces.

Acts already announced include Nina Kraviz, Seth Troxler, Ricardo Villalobos, French supergroup Apollonia, Romania’s Dan Andrei, as well as Dubfire, Ferry Corsten and Sammy Dee, with more set to be added to an already packed line-up.

Tickets can be purchased at www.epizode.com, with an 11-day multi-pass costing 189 euro (VND5 million).
