HA NOI — The northern province of Nam Dinh will host the National Wrestling Tournament on March 15.
The event will attract the participation of around 200 wrestlers from many provincial teams across the country including Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Binh Phuoc, Ha Noi, Ha Nam, Hai Phong and Thua Thien Hue.
Participants will compete in the women’s and men’s freestyle and classic wrestling categories.
The event, which is organised by the National Sports Administration and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, will last until March 26.
The event’s best wrestlers will be selected for the national teams to compete in international events. — VNS
