American comedian Lynn Ruth Miller, the oldest performing female stand-up comedian in the world, will perform at Kurtz’s by Heart of Darkness bar in HCM City on November 27.
The 85-year-old started her stand-up comedy career age 71 after a career as a writer, tutor and newspaper columnist.
She has won top prizes at several comedy festivals such as the Branson Comedy Festival, the Brighton Fringe Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and the Bristol Burlesque Festival.
The show will also feature Joe Zalias, a firefighter and professional stand-up comedian from the UK.
The event will open at 8pm. The venue is at 97 Hà Nội Highway in District 2. Tickets are VNĐ250,000. VNS
